Emilia Spano
Director
With a career of forty years in financial services including retail banking, treasury and mortgages. Emilia has worked at PIA Financial Group since it’s creation. She is a highly experienced member of our team.
As a Director Emilia manages several functions including risk, compliance, regulation and plays a significant role in developing and driving the Group’s growth strategy. Emilia ensures the smooth running of the business and also looks after a portfolio of HNW clients, ensuring outstanding personal service.
Gary Moore
Chief Commercial Officer
Gary is an experienced career banker with a successful track record of creating and leading highly effective relationship and business development teams. He has a broad and deep understanding of business and real estate finance.
As CCO Gary plays a key role in developing new and existing partnerships with lenders and industry related professionals and shares his considerable relationship management experience with the team. He works closely with the Group’s directors to ensure the business continues to succeed and grow.

Anna is a knowledgeable real estate finance specialist, with experience of corporate, commercial and retail lending across various sectors. Formerly a top performing and award-winning Relationship Manager, Anna remains highly motivated and committed to building and maintaining successful relationships with new and existing clients.

Chris’s career in banking spans more than three decades with much of that time spent providing bespoke funding solutions for residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate assets. He enjoys building strong, collaborative relationships with clients including individuals, family offices and corporate entities working closely to understand their immediate requirements and their longer-term business objectives and delivering the funding they need to achieve their goals.

Martin Davies
Client Relationship Manager
Martin has worked in banking and financial services for nearly four decades and over that time he has amassed a deep knowledge of SME business finance including invoice discounting, term debt for trading businesses and commercial and residential real estate portfolio investment and development funding. Now he works with a range of clients from HNWI and family offices to sole traders, partnerships and corporations, sourcing suitable solutions and liaising with lenders and third parties to ensure clients secure the funding they need.
